Been a customer for ten years. Amazingly fast service. Whenever I have called with a problem they thank ME! This past week they were out within 15 minutes. One time when I had a leak in my crawl space an employee actually came to my house to tell my usage was really high!
They screw over their customers. When you cancel your service when moving, they steal $25 from your deposit and call it a "turn off" fee. Highly unethical, something you would expect from any other common thief. It is shocking that the city condones this as their normal practice. Thank you for your long term service....we are jacking your deposit because we can. Highly unethical scumbag move.
